Before joining Team Automotive Group, Wilson held high impact leadership roles that shaped the performance and culture of dealerships across North America. Wilson’s hands-on leadership, backed by his comprehensive expertise in sales, profitability, variable operations, and Parts & Service, provides a 360-degree approach to navigating changes in the automotive space. In his previous role as Moderator and Consultant at NCM Associates, Wilson guided dealerships in implementing data-driven strategies to boost profitability. During his tenure at Ardent Learning, Wilson developed training solutions for global automotive brands, including Nissan, INFINITI, Kia, Honda, Subaru and Volvo, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational success. Wilson’s career highlights include leading customer satisfaction initiatives for programs like Ford’s Blue Oval Program, Honda’s EXCELL Initiative, and General Motors’ Standards for Excellence.
